According to the Horizontal Property Regulations and Coexistence Manual of Morros 922 Building, temporary guests are not allowed to receive visitors, either in the apartments or in the common areas.

Apartments have a maximum occupancy limit based on the number of bedrooms. It is not possible to accommodate more guests than stated in the listing, even by paying an additional fee. This rule is mandatory and non-negotiable under the Horizontal Property Regulations of Morros 922 Building.
