As they are exempt, this condition can only be verified at the time of Check-in at the hotel,you must provide your original passport and a copy of the sheet with your data and the sheetthe stamp is located will be taken.
Colombians who live abroad may apply for exemption by presenting their passport with the respective entry stampthe country at the establishment. Remember to request it from Immigration upon arrival even if you enter by biometrics.
The exemption is only for accommodation, it does not include other services and the invoice is generated in the name of the passport holder and the reservation.

Once a reservation becomes effective, meaning after the Check-In has taken place, the total cost of the reservation is non-refundable.

These exceptions will be authorized directly by the General Management. In most cases, no money will be refunded; instead, the remaining balance will be valid for a period of 3 months or up to one year (depending on the situation) to be used for a future reservation, subject to availability and any changes in rates that may occur.
